We are Spitalfields Crypt Trust, a local East London charity supporting people in recovery from addiction and homelessness.
We provide friendly and accessible work for the people who use our services, our charity shops raise vital funds to keep our support services available for those who need them most.
Our shops are all located in East London and act as a vital part of the local community. You will find us moments away from the buzzing vibes of Brick Lane; a must visit area of London for its famous vintage markets and fashion forward community.
Here you can expect to find an eclectic mix of on-trend designer, vintage and high street brands donated by fashion forward creatives, come find us for sustainable high quality pre-loved bargains.
Sustainability at SCT
The fashion industry has become the second largest polluter in the world.
In the UK alone, we throw away 350,000 tons of re-useable clothing every year. That's around 30% of unwanted clothing going straight into landfill.
Our vision at SCT is to offer amazing affordable pre-loved pieces, otherwise destined for landfill, we want to inspire everybody to shop second-hand, while raising money to support those who come to us for help and our local communities.

We’ve had a presence on high streets across East London for over 25 years
Since then, we’ve re-homed thousands of items kindly donated to us and re-housed hundreds of people in our community.
At SCT, we are passionate about restoration and everybody having access to the best opportunities in life. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance at finding happiness, and your clothes do too.
