Can't get to one of our shops? Why not send your quality pre-loved items to our charity shops by freepost instead, here's how easy it is

What can I donate?

We would love to accept any of your pre-loved goods in excellent condition. If you loved it, someone else will too! Right now, we are especially in need of:

  • premium quality vintage, branded or designer clothes, shoes and accessories 

  • jewellery, either modern or vintage 

  • ornaments or collectibles, either modern or vintage  

I'm in – how does it work?

You can send your items in three easy steps: 

  1. Pack up your goods: your parcel can weigh up to 10 kilograms, and measure up to 60 centimetres (cm) by 50cm by 50cm 

  2. Request a free post label: you’ll receive a label through email, from Clicksit – you can then print it at home, or take the barcode to your nearest Collect+ store and they’ll print it for you!  

  3. Send off your parcel: take your parcel to your nearest Collect+ drop-off point – and feel good about recycling, while helping people facing homelessness

Gift Aid 

When you go through the Clicksit process, you’ll be given the option to print a Gift Aid form too – so you can help us get even more from your donation, at no extra cost to you. You can also complete the form online here.
